It's an incremental game inspired by Cookie Clicker.

Turn the crank to generate energy (Wh) and compete for the time it takes to charge the battery to 10,000GWh (you can continue after that).


Features:

  • Power Generation: Crank to generate watt-hours and watch your power reserves grow.
  • Upgrade System: Unlock and level up 7 different items using your Wh. Each upgrade boosts your power generation.
  • Happenings & Events: Enjoy random events that temporarily boost your power generation, adding excitement to your gameplay.
  • Relics: Collect 10 unique relics that provide special bonuses at key milestones.
  • New Game+: Start a new game with your last 5 relics, allowing you to collect up to 10 relics in total, enhancing replayability.
  • Achievements: Unlock and track achievements as you progress.
  • Music Options: Choose from 5 different background tracks or play in silence.


Controls:

  • Crank: Turn the crank to generate power (Wh).
  • D-pad: Navigate upgrade items with up/down; switch between sub-elements within an upgrade with left/right.
  • A Button: Level up items, select relics, and make other choices.
  • B Button: Capture occasional balloons and shooting stars for extra rewards.

Easily the best incremental game I've played on the Playdate. I only wish it lasted longer as it took me just under 45 minutes to get every Achievement.

I did think a lot about the game’s length during development. Considering how Playdate games are often enjoyed in shorter bursts, I leaned towards a quicker progression.

That said, I’ve realized that some upgrade items are a bit too powerful, so I plan to adjust their balance in the next update.

Adding new upgrade items or achievements isn’t planned for now, but it’s something I’d like to consider in the future!
